Sameer is a XLRI alumni with 17 years of Human Capital Management experience. He has set-up the HR function for start-ups and green field projects and led projects on skills gap analysis, competency mapping, development of assessment and development centres. He has worked in IT/ITES, telecom, BFSI, retail and energy, across India, Middle East, and USA.
