Sales and Business Development Manager
Roles/Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Taking a lead role in the development of sales proposal for prospective clients

Planning and presenting sales proposal to prospective clients
-
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
-
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
-
Following industry trends locally and internationally
-
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
-
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
-
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-
Master’s in Business Administration (Sales and Marketing) from reputed institute
-
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role for minimum 5 years
-
Proven sales track record
-
Experience in customer support is a plus
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Proficiency in English

Market knowledge
-
Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
