He has experience in Formulation Research & Development, Process Development & Scale Up, Product Technical Transfers, Product Life Cycle Management & Supply Chain.  He had successfully worked on a Greenfield OSD manufacturing site of 9B dose capacity from concept design phase through to validation/commissioning stage. He has in-depth knowledge of pre-formulation & formulation development, biopharmaceutical aspects, technical risk assessment, process validation, regulatory requirements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and CAPA development. He has 25 peer reviewed publications and 2 patents. 

He has a PhD from Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Materials Science and he has a post-graduation from Mangalore University. He has been twice Post-Doctoral Research fellow from Strathclyde University in Scotland, and from Oxford University.
