A Unilever veteran with over four years of experience. He retired as Executive Director, Supply Chain at HUL. Prior to that, he was VP-Global Procurement based in Singapore, VP-Supply Chain for Personal Care Category based in UK, VP-Technical (Home and Personal Care), Chairman Unilever Nepal Limited among other roles at Unilever. He was also a member of HUL Risk Management 

Committee. Pradeep is on Board of Chambal Fertilizer, Whirlpool and Gabriel India.
