Data Scientist - Optimus (Deep Learning / Reinforcement Learning)

Roles:
  • Architect, design, own, and execute the development strategy for Optimus, Bert proprietary distributed AI platform. 

  • Setup scalable pipelines and processes for data pre-processing/cleaning, feature extraction, dimensionality reduction, model building, and serving. 

  • Utilize existing and newer algorithms to build the prediction and optimization models from the time series data.

  • Collaborate with physics-based modeling team members to pre-train the models before field deployment.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate analytics.

Requirements:
  • Experience: BTech/MTech/MS/PhD in CS/ECE/Statistics or other relevant field from reputed Institutes. 2 to 8 years of Industrial experience. 

  • Experience in statistical time-series analytics and forecasting: quartiles,

  • ETS forecast, Holt-Winters, autoregressive techniques ARIMA/SARIMA, GARCH, hybrid GARCH-LSTM. 

  • Applications to sales/demand forecasting in retail, analytics for industrial IoT time-series data is preferred.

  • Experience in RNN/LSTM, Gradient Boosted Machines, SVM, Ensemble techniques.

  • Experience in NoSQL DBs, Hadoop, analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, etc., and data pipelines for ML: Apache Spark Streaming, Storm, Flink, etc., is preferred.
