Sales and Business Development Manager

Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs 

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients 

  • Taking a lead role in the development of sales proposal for prospective clients 

  • Planning and presenting sales proposal to prospective clients 

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines 

  • Following industry trends locally and internationally 

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support 

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 

  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople  

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering   

  • Master’s in Business Administration (Sales and Marketing) from reputed institute 

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role for minimum 5 years 

  • Proven sales track record 

  • Experience in customer support is a plus 

  • Proficiency in MS Office  

  • Excellent communication skills  

  • Proficiency in English 

  • Market knowledge 

  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
